The Tamworth Author Fest is co-hosted by the Arts Council of Tamworth and Cook Memorial Library. This annual event features live readings, book signings, and more from a host of regional authors across a wide variety of literary genres. The inaugural Tamworth Author Fest’s keynote speaker was New Hampshire poet laureate Jennifer Militello.

This 2026 Author Fest’s keynote speaker will be award-winning author Julie Carrick Dalton.
