What is an endowment? 

An investment account for an organization that allows the organization to utilize the dividends.

How will it support ACT?

It would provide reliable income that can be used as needed multi-generationally. 

Why donate to ACT’s endowment? 

The donation will support ACT now and into the future and help keep it as a vibrant community  organization that brings art to our community. 

What does ACT provide to the community?

ACT provides arts programming that is accessible to all members of our community. 

How does one donate to the endowment and what should be noted in the donation? 

The Tamworth Foundation manages the ACT endowment, so donations should be made out to the  Tamworth Foundation with ACT noted on the check. Donations should be mailed directly to the  Tamworth Foundation.  

What is the challenge match? 

The Tamworth Foundation has given ACT the opportunity to have endowment funds matched by the  Foundation up to $50,000 if raised by the end of 2022.
